  Extremely disappointed with Terminix. This is now the SECOND time they have scheduled a cockroach treatment appointment and failed to show up. Both times, they later claimed that no appointment had been scheduled, despite us having confirmation. Anyone dealing with a cockroach infestation knows that this is not something that can be delayed. Because of these appointments, I had to prepare my entire home for treatment, cover furniture and belongings, arrange for my two babies to stay elsewhere overnight, and pay for dog daycare for my pet. I have now gone through all of this TWICE for absolutely nothing. Not only is this incredibly frustrating, but it has also cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress. The lack of communication, accountability, and respect for customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend Terminix based on my experience.

  Highly not recommend it. We switched over to Terminix since February. First month they did the treatment at our location. Ever since that tech just walked around our restaurant in and out less than 5 minutes without doing any preventative treatments each month. I reached out to customer service submit my case was told a manager will get back to me. A manager(Jacob) finally did return my call after the 3rd try, apologize and told me personally he will be there with the technician next month service to make sure our location get treated and do it right. May service was done, manager NO SHOW, technician did the same thing again just walk around less than 5 minutes he was done and handed us a paper for the service and our location was not treated AGAIN. I was tired to chasing them down we ended up canceling our service. This was a corporate account and I am sure to let ALL my corporate locations that use your company know what kind of service you guys provide. Never Again!!!

  6/19/26 UPDATE - YOU GUYS SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS EVEN AFTER TELLING ME I NO LONGER OWED A BALANCE ON THIS ACCOUNT. PROPER MEASURES WILL BE TAKEN. UPDATED PHOTOS. Quick update, I give the manager at the Tupelo location credit for trying to make it right. However, we declined his offer since they had already cancelled our service. I have attached a screenshot of where they tell me I will not owe a cancellation fee, yet their collection agency has claimed we now owe over $800, which will NOT. Be paid. Wish I could give zero stars but you can't. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Poor communication, and they harass you on the daily about paying your bill BEFORE it's even due, no communication on sales contracts. BEWARE, if you sign up for them, you automatically sign up for autopay and there's no way to get them to quit calling you. Block the number, they call from a different one. Get a month behind due to poor communication on their behalf, and get your bill caught up, they cancel you once you've paid. Blessing in disguise, but buyer beware. Stick with your local pest service and I assure you will be less likely to have the headache we have had.

  Been with terminix for probably around 20 years.. Service has been very good for the most part. However there has been problems with scheduling especially if its not a regular service. Today I had a follow- up appointment scheduled for termite inspection between 8 to 10am. After about 11 I called to see if they were still coming. I was told they were already there and the service has been shown complete. No one ever shows up but they marked it complete? I called them about it couple of times trying to find out what happened. I couldn't get any help from anyone. Guess it gets swept under a rug. Pile must be stacking up.

  Wonderful service from Ethan!!! Our problem i thought was never going to be fixed. Then Ethan came and only after 1 treatment could see wonderful results by 3rd treatnent our promblem is gone ! Ethan was so nice and so knowledgeable about the promblem we were having. He showed us where the promblems were and target in on it. So nice to have a bug free house again.   If you're dealing with squirrels just go to IFA or CAL Ranch, get a $40 to $80 trap, and put some bait in it. Might I suggest the Squirrelinator. Terminix charged us $1000 (yes, one thousand dollars) for two weeks of service. Another family member decided that was reasonable. It wasn't. What was that service? They set one $40 live traps with half an orange in it. They were ostensibly supposed to check the trap every other day. For $1000 I'd expect them to come morning, noon, and night. There was a squirrel in the trap Tuesday night. It's Thursday night and it's still there. I want to give Terminix 1 star, but they did catch a squirrel, so I'm feeling generous. Don't waste your money. If an exterminator is advertising on TV you should probably try somebody else.
