  TERMINIX IS THE WORSE SERVICE, They will gain your confidence do to your need of help. And stick you with a high contract before starting. Show up once do a half done job. Never show up for the second appointment! Play like they are taking notes in their system when you calling. Only to find out by the next person the following time you calling that there is no complaints. After wanting to close the account the branch manager which is the only person that can close your account out, pasted it on to his assistant. Which said please let us come out for $400 dollars to have the chance to correct what we didn’t do right the first time. And my boss said he can credit the $931 to the contract, after you pay the $409 and we come out then that will be it . But please I don’t want you going to another company because we didn’t do our job correctly. I agreed but he started not answering his phone. He set a voicemail up in June saying he was on vacation until the end of August so I called from another number and he answered. And was surprised, his act of confirming the agreement with his boss, and sending the paperwork over to the contract payment system was all a lie. Every time get off the phone with TERMINIX I would call SMAC And they would never get the request that comes straight over they said. I was told by them TERMINIX does this to people all the time. They quickly canceled my account leaving me with a $400 balance after paying the first fee of $587 and they stood on the part of crediting the account for the $931. But stopped responding to my emails about the agreed last service for the $400! I would tell you don’t get stuck with a $2,000 bill and horrible service if they show up. Go with American pest or a more reliable company that does not prey on people that need the help and that’s willing to pay for a service from a company they believe they can trust. RUN RUN RUN (I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO NO KNEES AFTER THIS CLASS ACT (No STARS) just could not send this without putting 1

  John and He tor were an excellent duo. John did the inspection on a follow up yesterday and explained what needed to be done and scheduled Hector who came back on a Saturday to finish the job and install a dehumidifier. He was prompt, explained the process to us, answered any questions and proceeded to accomplish everything he planned in a neat and efficient manner. Hector was great. We feel very good about the work they did. This is why we’ve been Terminex customers for close to 30 years.

  William is great! He always texts the day before and day of when he's planning to come by the house for service. I like that he takes his time and is diligent. Afterwards, he always sends an update with everything he did and if there's any concerns i need to be aware of. I'm usually hesitant when paying for a monthly service, but that fact that I've been able to watch the work being done has made me feel like my money is being well spent.
