I found some some tiny dead insects inside my windows. Mike did a thorough inspection . Those were swarming flying termites trying to get into my house. He was very honest and said there was no actual termite activity in my home and I could wait until there was actual termite activity, I could wait as there was no immediate danger. I chose the conservative approach and had bait stations placed that would draw any termites to carry poison back to the original colony

I’m someone who empathizes a lot for animals in danger and just wanted to get some help for him. I made a mistake calling this company and the guy on the phone was extremely rude to me for no reason. If you’re going to need services, call any other company. If I could give zero stars I would.

I finally got fed up and decided to cancel my service, I was transferred to three different departments before finally being able to cancel my service and the lady on the other end did nothing but try and talk me out of canceling and instead of apologizing for their mistake of telling me one thing and the truth being something else is somehow comes down to me being wrong. I will be seeking services from elsewhere if I ever need them again.

I called once again and they told me my appointment was canceled because I live in an apartment complex and we’re not allowed to schedule them as tenants which I was not told on the phone. No one ever contacted me about my appointment being canceled and upon talking to the representative , I found out that they barely even took any of my information down. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication with this company and I definitely decided to go another route. I highly suggest instead of Terminix you call Orkin instead as they are such a better business and took care of my needs in a very timely manner. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Talking forever to get someone to look at the house and quote. Meanwhile i have termites in the wall. Update: After waiting the appointment was scheduled for between 3 - 4 PM yesterday (5/27/26). I left work and was almost home to meet him at 3PM when Shawn from Peroia called and said he would not be to the house till 4:30PM. That time came and went with no one arriving, At 6PM I called to see what happened but Shawn would not answer the phone and his voice mail was full. I texted and know it was seen by the feedback on the Android and still not even the courtesy to respomd. If this is how Terminix handles a new customer think how crappy it becomes after they have your money. Oh well there are plenty of other places that treat bugs. P.S. They got 1 star because I could not figure out how to give 0 stars!

The service was definitely more thorough than my prior exterminator. Jason was very patient with my numerous questions and responsive to my concerns. The cost is somewhat cheaper and they also take care of stinkbugs. Very happy with my initial meeting.
