I strongly urge any potential Terminex customer to think twice before spending their money and putting their trust with this company. After requesting a pest inspection for my residence, an investment property, I was informed the residence was in need of fumigation. The residence had recently been completely renovated, so I was surprised when I was told there was evidence requiring the extent of fumigation and tenting. Trusting I was not being mislead and taking advantage of by a reputable company, I scheduled the service. I made the necessary accommodations and deposits for my tenants to leave the residence for the required 2-3 days and stay at a hotel while the fumigation was being completed. Needless to say, on the date of service, Terminex never showed up, never called and wouldn't return my calls after numerous attempts to provide an explanation as to why. The employee responsible for this was later terminated for "incompetence." After hiring another company to give me a second opinion, I was told I never had any termite damage requiring the extent of fumigation and a prevention plan would be a more viable and reasonable option. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Terminex would only offer to correct their mistakes by offering monetary deductions made for future services, for lost deposits and inconveniences, which I would never entertain. I hope this information is helpful to anyone ever considering doing business with them. They can't be trusted and are unreliable.

They essentially stole over 1,100 dollars from me. I scheduled an appointment for July 2nd for a termite treatment in a couple of rooms. They were eager to swipe my credit card at an inspection a few days before. On July 2nd I called on my way to confirm the appointment. The agent confirmed it was on the schedule from 3-5pm. I sat at the residence for 2 hours. No one showed up. I called, upset for having my time wasted and asked for a manager to call me back. No one called me for over a week. I called again yesterday July 13th. . The people on the phone are useless. I made it very clear I was upset for services no rendered for 1,100 while termites are still eating away at my house. I asked to speak with a manager and no one has called. I will be reporting them to Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as well as caling my credit card company to stop payment if possible. Do NOT use them. Use Orkin or someone else. They are awful and they don't care about you or your house.

The staff, when you can get ahold of them are generally really good. I have no issues with anyone I’ve dealt with. My issue is I had them out to deal with an active termite infestation where they treated the ground. Worked great. Im recently cleaning my gutters and find a whole nest living in them. Scheduled for a tech to come out for him to tell me “they don’t treat gutters and there is nothing they can do” I took off work for this appointment when a phone call about my gutters would have sufficed. Big issue here, Terminix, the termite company is unable to get rid of termites actively on my property that I’ve already paid for to not be there.

Well we had them out for service and they tell there no termites. But yet we see drops and he will come back and spray. If happen again . That’s said last time. This second time we see them in same spot. Also I had a baits station because I will not renew with this place they came out in June and took the bait station out but my contract done expired July 30. So no I won’t sign another contract with them . I been with them 2 years and got horrible service. And when ask to speak with a supervisor. They will call you . Well that didn’t happen. Here couple of pictures that we took before they came out again. I don’t think we got good care that we pay for the service They said they came out and close ticket out . When that was a lie. We have camera around house that we can prove they was not at my house. This company is horrible.and they don’t return phone calls.

They do no call no show you call them and request to speak to a supervisor they never call you back it’s always 24 to 48 hours and you wait and get nothing. Very unprofessional. They have suck so bad we are dropping them as our contract is done and we aren’t the only ones on our block doing it. They say they show up and do the treatment but they don’t and we all have cameras on our houses. And can see when and if they do and they don’t . They however mark that they did do service. And the one tech Antonio smalls is the worse one of them all
