This company has started being terrible. I haven't had anyone come out to my property since April of this year but they are always on time to get their monthly payment. It is interesting that there is not a copy of the agreement on my profile. It is also interesting that it took 2 phone calls, a chat and 2 agents on the second phone call to cancel my contract. And why do companies always have the canned "we are so sorry for the level of service" message but never do better? Finally, why have a local number when it redirects to the 800 number? It took more than 15 minutes just to get someone to cancel my service. But they will take their monthly payment without any delays and the technician never wants to come out outside of the monthly service despite them trying so hard to sell it now as i'm trying to cancel. Do better. And hire people who aren't focused on arguing with the customer after being asked to cancel a service and being told that I do not mind paying a cancellation fee.

I had a termite inspection scheduled and gave a quick call to the office to confirm. It was for Woodstock so this could be the wrong branch and isn’t a reflection of the whole company, but the women who answered the phone was incredibly rude and condescending to the point that we canceled our appointment and schedule a different one with another company. I never write bad reviews, but her poor attitude was extremely unnecessary and ruined our experience so I wanted to give feedback.
