I call after a discussion I was told they have to EMAIL the tech, Daquan because he didn't have a phone number listed! I was like what???? No response. My husband texted the sales guy. He talks with the sales guy and on Monday he tells us someone will come on Tues. 8/5/25 between 8-12. Meanwhile I had to have a friend come to my house, I have bees in the basement. Guess what no show again today!!! The office put us on the schedule for September 6 after we explained we were having work.done and at least needed the bees gone. Cancelled the service as we were to be on auto pay. My husband called the sales guy and told him he needs to find a new job because there's no support at the company. My recommendation is NOT to use this company UNRELIABLE, STAFF DOESN'T SHOW UP! 8/7/25 UPDATE owner reached out with a response and email; email: bounced back undeliverable
