    Below was my first review. Terminix contacted me after writing this review. The branch manager came out to my house, told me he’d give me 2 year agreement for the home exclusion package versus 1 year and would waive the fee plus schedule a tech to come out and fix the issues. It’s been a month. Still no follow up, can’t get a hold of anyone and issues remain. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!! I do not recommend Terminix or working with account manager Jake McGee based on my recent experience. I paid over $1,800 for wildlife exclusion and repair work, and the results have been extremely disappointing. The scope of work that was discussed and implied was far more comprehensive than what was actually delivered. The only work completed was sealing a few exterior holes and installing two flashing panels on my chimney (instead of all four corners as expected). The chimney itself was never properly inspected, the chimney liner was not evaluated, and the chimney cap was not replaced—despite this being a key concern discussed upfront. The quality of the work is also unacceptable. The sealing was done very sloppily, with expanding foam visibly smeared across exterior walls, leaving an unprofessional and unsightly appearance—especially concerning as I am preparing my home for sale. Additionally, the technician damaged my attic door during the visit and stated it would be repaired. That repair has still not been completed. Communication and follow-through have been equally frustrating. I have yet to speak with anyone beyond Jake McGee or one of his coworkers, and there has been no meaningful resolution or accountability for the incomplete and poor-quality work. For the amount paid, I expected professional workmanship, proper repairs, and attention to detail. Instead, I received minimal, incomplete, and careless service. I would strongly advise others to consider other companies before moving forward and do not work with Jake McGee.

    I strongly recommend avoiding Terminix. I hired them after discovering raccoons and squirrels in my attic and walls. Their salesperson sold me on a $5,000 "treated insulation" package, explicitly promising it would deter rodents and that they would seal all potential entry points. By the very next summer, the raccoons were back. The promised insulation and sealing completely failed. Furthermore, their customer service is incredibly slow to respond, and they showed zero urgency in resolving an active wildlife issue. I feel completely misled by their sales tactics and will never use their services again. Do not waste your money.

    Worst customer experience. Lied to from the very beginning by the initial inspector. From that point on getting to talk to anyone who could actually help was impossible. Promised a credit on my account twice never showed and then charged more than what was agreed to. Stay away.

    The services do what they're supposed to do, but the price went from went up from $404 yearly for BASIC 10 years ago to $865 now. They bill a flat rate per year (not based on the number of services), so you're paying just as much for 2 as you would for 6 services/every other month. It's another $265 every January to refill the termite bait stations. So $1130-ish/year! Also, I noticed a spider problem, and the earliest they could get out was over a month and a half away.

    We have not used the service, but they need to train their door to door people better. We have a no solicitor sign right above the doorbell and the sales rep still rang the doorbell. Our neighborhood has a chat group and the amount of times this rep rang doorbell that had no solicitor signs has been staggering. He even stood outside on the driveway while a neighbor was working out in his garage and wouldn't leave until the neighbor stopped his workout to tell him no thanks. Door to door is annoying and not a way to get me to even try this service provider.
