Cordell Johnson did our initial ant treatment and was excellent. He texted ahead with his arrival window and clear prep instructions, arrived within it, and worked thoroughly - baseboards throughout the interior and six liquid bait stations. I was there for the whole visit and nothing was rushed. Afterwards he explained exactly what he had done and found, including how this bait differs from what we had used before, so I could pass precise monitoring instructions on the same day. Knowledgeable, careful, and a genuinely good communicator.

The technician DeAngelo has been awesome! He is the only technician who has been able to keep the ants from getting in our home. It’s such a relief not having to worry because ants are so hard to get rid of. Highly recommend!

I am extremely upset because I had a scheduled inspection for today and after his arrival time passed, I called their office. They then had him call me and he told me he doesn’t even work today and they can’t come out. I’m literally in tears because what do you mean?! They told me they were gonna be out here today at a certain timeframe and now that’s not happening?! I’m obviously upset because I’m not somebody typically deals with pests and I really need help. Nobody does same-day inspections either so now I’m being put out by days and this situation is only going to get worse without help. I can’t even explain how upset I am. This is not ok and very unprofessional.

CORDELL JOHNSON. the technician is amazing he has been so helpful dependable and reliable. we have called office over 15 times with people saying they will have a tech come out a manager will call us and not one single time have they. Cordell came out one time after his brother helped us coordinate our problems and without the two of them i would have found another company. this company does not respect an 11 year client its hard to believe the technicians have bent over backwards to help us. 50 stars go out to Cordell and Deshawn. thanks to the two of you for trying to do everything in your power to help us . Management gets zero stars. not one call after being told i would get a call back. Also i had the number to the manager Shane and left 5 messages for him with no return call thanks Cordell and Deshawn you are both amazing !! Management and call center has been so disappointing.

She arrived right on time, just as promised. This was a complimentary follow-up visit to inspect and rebait our rodent stations.
