Brandon always does a great job.

Disappointed with Terminix's service. I paid thousands of dollars to resolve a rodent issue, but the job was left incomplete. While they quickly replaced the insulation, they failed to seal entry points or set traps. Unsurprisingly, the pest problem persisted. Getting them to return and finish the work was a struggle—it took weeks with no resolution. Ultimately, I had to handle the repairs myself. Based on this experience, I woild never recommend Terminix.

My service with Terminix has been below average I'm sad to say. I heard and read great things about customer service which I haven't experienced. The tech was scheduled to add bait stations, drill and trench to inject for termite activity. When he arrived he told me he didn't have the drill bits because another tech left for vacation and took them with him so he only placed bait traps. During his visit he drilled into 4 irrigation lines which was not found out until i turned my irrigation on after he left. I called the main line the next day as I was never told when the next tech would be back and let them know about the irrigation lines. Andy (Service Manager) called me back and told me the drill bits needed to be reordered and would let me know as soon as they could schedule. He also asked if I had an irrigation vendor that could fix the lines and terminix would reimburse me. After not hearing anything for several days I called Andy back directly the next week and left a voicemail, no return call. I called the main line again a couple days later, spoke with Amanda R. that said the service was scheduled for the next day and didn't know why I didn't hear anything. She also didn't see a claim was started for the irrigation lines. She asked me to email her the receipts. The service is finally complete. I've now emailed Amanda and called Andy for a status update after days with no response and still no status update on a reimbursement. Overall the service has been poor for the money I spent and I don't plan to use Terminix again in the future because of this.

Terminix is wonderful. I was new at managing properties but Graham helped me tremendously. We had a bug problem from a plant in our office and Graham took care of it. We also had an ant infestation and Terminix took care of it right away. Highly recommend them for pest and insect control. Also reasonably priced.

Brandon is so thorough inside and out! We've been with Terminix for a very long time, and Brandon is the absolute best!!

No one wants to deal with pests, but when you do, you hope you have someone who’s reliable professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve used Terminex in the past and they’ve been good but the service provided by their associate Gabe Williams has been exceptional. He has been prompt personable and extremely engaging. I can’t thank him enough for the level of service, provided. Gabe is a true asset.
